First things first, you should never be sitting for 8 hours straight. Find times to take breaks from sitting throughout the day. If you have a standing desk, try standing for half the day. If not, take laps around the office to fill up your water bottle, grab a snack or use the bathroom at least once every hour. You can even take a walk outside during your lunch break.
Keep Good Posture
Neck, shoulder and back pain can be common if you are sitting with poor posture. Exercise After Work
